Grand Saint Bernard - the Swiss highway to heaven
The Grand Saint Bernard road pass reaches 2,469 meters and is the third highest alpine passage in Switzerland. It connects the Swiss city of Martigny to the Italian city of Aosta. Throughout its tens of kilometers, you will see a magnificent road that passes by the lakes of Toules and Saint Bernard and the Alpine peaks of Mort, Telliers, Fourchon, Grand Golliat and Velan. It is an ancient passage used by the Romans or even by Napoleon to enter into Italy.
